Hunt Club 2026 is headed to Munich.

Known for its grand architecture, lively beer gardens, and rich cultural heritage, Munich offers an unforgettable setting for this year’s event.

Dates

Hunt Club Munich takes place Tuesday, May 19 through Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Attendees should plan to arrive on the morning of May 19. Training pass holders will take part in afternoon training sessions, and that evening all participants will join for the welcome dinner.

Conference sessions and activities run May 20–21, with departures scheduled for the morning of May 22.

Head of Cloud at Vectra AI

Martin Roesch is Head of Cloud at Vectra AI, bringing over 30 years of experience in information security and embedded systems engineering. A pioneer in the field, he is the creator of Snort, the widely adopted open source intrusion detection system, and the founder of Sourcefire, which was acquired by Cisco in 2013. Marty later served as CEO of Netography until its acquisition by Vectra AI in 2025, continuing his track record of shaping how modern organizations detect and respond to network-based threats.

Snehal Patel
Chief Product Officer

With over 20 years of experience at Google, Cisco, and McKinsey & Co., Snehal has led product development, strategy, and operations. Notably, he spearheaded Google Kubernetes Engine's Enterprise business and launched an XDR platform at Cisco.

Matt Silver
VP of Data Science

Matt oversees the development of AI models and systems that detect and prioritize attack behaviors in close partnership with Security Research. Matt has been at Vectra for over 10 years, building on his prior experience in research and modeling at MIT and his PhD work in computational neuroscience, neural networks, and machine learning.

Aakash Gupta
Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, Aakash drives Vectra's Identity, SaaS, and Cloud native threat coverage. He has deep expertise in emerging hybrid attacks and is the go-to resource to understand how SecOps teams can better establish comprehensive coverage across connected threat surfaces.

Brad Woodberg
Sr. Director of Product Management

Brad is the Senior Director of Product Management responsible for AI detections and the NDR platform at Vectra AI. Brad has been with Vectra for 3.5 years, is a four-time published technical author, and has spoken at numerous security conferences, including Defcon, Blackhat, Suricon, and many others.

Cyrille Franchet
Senior Technical Marketing Engineer

Cyrille has been passionate about cybersecurity for several years. He started his journey on the red team and later transitioned to the blue team, gaining valuable experience in both offensive and defensive roles. Whether analyzing assembly code or dissecting network packets, Cyrille’s love for learning keeps him deeply engaged in this exciting field.

David is a technology enthusiast, cybersecurity evangelist, and perpetual tinkerer with a drive to solve complex challenges. He has spent the majority of his career in a consultative capacity working with enterprise security teams on effective adversary detection.

John Mancini
Principal Product Manager

John leads the product management of machine learning-based threat detection algorithms at Vectra AI. He has extensive experience in AI-driven software and previously served as lead data scientist, receiving a patent for detecting malicious payload exchanges.

Niall Errity
Director, Professional Services

With over ten years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, and forensics, Niall is a Director of Professional Services at Vectra AI. Niall leads a team who provide proactive and reactive services to Vectra customers globally, helping them detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats.

Gearóid Ó Fearghaíl
Product Manager at Vectra AI

Gearóid is a Product Manager at Vectra AI focused on SOC AI augmentation and unlocking deeper insights from security data. He works on helping security teams move faster and make better decisions in the face of increasingly rapid attacks. His work centres on applying AI to real-world problems, from accelerating investigations to enabling proactive threat hunting. Gearóid brings strong experience in cloud and network visibility, along with a keen interest in the latest developments in AI and how they can be practically applied in modern SOC environments.

Tom Bilen
Technical Marketing Engineer

Tom has been working in the security space for over 25 years. He began his career with ANS, one of the original backbone providers of the internet that grew out of NSFNET. Much of his early career was focused on working with customers as a Sales Engineer at companies such as UUNET, Symantec, and Proofpoint. Tom now works on the product team at Vectra as a Technical Marketing Engineer.
